1. Nature of the service
ourmemory.space offers:
- Custom digital memory pages
- Private links created on request
- Shared edit access for users
Once a memory page is created and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
2. Refund eligibility
❌ No refunds after delivery
Due to the personalized and digital nature of the service:
- Refunds are not available once your memory page has been created and shared with you.
- This includes cases where content has already been uploaded or accessed.
3. Refunds before delivery
✅ Refund possible if NOT delivered
A refund may be considered if:
- Payment is made, and
- The memory page has not yet been created or delivered
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Technical issues
If you face a genuine technical issue such as:
- Inability to access your memory page
- Upload or edit features not working due to a system error
We will:
- Fix the issue promptly, or
- Provide an alternative solution
Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved from our side.
5. Accidental payments
If you believe a payment was made by mistake:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the transaction
- We will review the request on a case-by-case basis
6. How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider
7. Cancellation requests
Once your memory page is created:
- The service cannot be cancelled
- You may, however, request deletion of your memory page at any time
